An international Cyber Monologue Slam for $ PRIZES

It is here again, for the 4th year. An invitation to anyone in the world to participate in Simply apply and send a link to us of your 3-5 minute monologue by June 18, 2021. Our judges include casting directors! We are looking for the next Slam Champion for the 5th annual Hanford Monologue Slam Cyber Edition #2.

We accept 3-5 minute monologues entries. 

This monologue slam is for anyone, from anywhere in the world. The prize for the Slam Champion is $500 USD. Competitors last year came from Canada, USA, Columbia, Wales, Australia, Ireland, and England.

Angel Pean (a Backstage subscriber) from New York took the 2020 prize and was featured in the HMTC Behind the Scenes Podcast. This is what she said,

"I had so much fun being a part of the HMTC Monologue Slam! It felt great being able to still take part in something related to my craft, especially during a time when so much began to slow down. Hanford Multicultural Theater Company is a theater that provides acting classes in a community void of artistic experiment.
