Whatever Open-Mic Continues
The Whatever Open-Mic was a community event request and has been going strong since June. Here, local singers, musicians, artists, poets, storytellers, and even stand-up comics have taken to the microphone to show their talents.  To have something like this in Hanford has gained appreciation as well as recognition in the area. Playwright Festival
One of the things we do at HMTC is encourage artistic expression. Today, we are nurturing new playwrights and planning to hold a playwright festival this spring.  This transition feels natural for those taking acting and improv classes. HMTC – Technical Director Scott Yarbrough
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Scott Yarbrough, who left us last Saturday. He is survived by his wife and a loyal dog named Moses. Scott made significant contributions to our nonprofit organization, using his technical expertise to elevate our efforts to a professional level that impressed many outside observers.
