Just when I thought I could take a relaxation break, I realized we are hosting a stand-up comedy show with our improv team on June 8 at 7:30pm. I knew it was coming. HMTC booked Nat Baimel and Anna Valenzuela months ago. The Udderly Improv team knew about it and said they are ready to do the preshow. What happened to me?
Well, what happened was that I was 100% consumed with the puppet musical we just finished this past Sunday. I enjoyed the final show immensely. After seven months of work which included writing the script, writing the lyrics, searching for puppeteers, singers, and voice-actors, making a costume for Gargillion the monster, I thought I could just sleep for a few days and watch tv eating strawberries. Well, it turned out to be only a one-day rest. It is time to get the troops to help get the word out for the show!
Hence the purpose of this HMTC THIS WEEK. We have a comedy show that we would love to have you attend. I heard Nat in Clovis a few months ago and he is funny and very willing to come to Hanford. He is bringing his friend Anna Valenzuela who is extremely excited to come to Hanford for her first time with her standup comedy.
